We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
To start a return, please fill out our goods return form that is provided in your order on the back side of the packing slip (also shown below), and send it back to the address provided. Once reviewed, we will issue credit to the email address provided in your order. Items sent back to us that don’t adhere to the return policy, will not be eligible for return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as specialized orders) or personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for store credit. Once the credit is processed, you can purchase for the new item with the credit provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We typically only refund orders under specific circumstances. You can submit a request for a refund to email@example.com. You will be notified you once we’ve received and inspected your request. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
